Music Rights

Rynmo is built around a curated library of BPM-targeted tracks operated by ScrumptiousDev LLC. Music prepared for Rynmo is generated, verified, and approved through a controlled content pipeline before publication.

01

Music Philosophy

Rynmo is not a generic streaming service. Rynmo provides a BPM-first music library for runners, organized around tempo, genre, workout feel, cadence fit, and beat clarity. Rynmo music is intended for listening inside the Rynmo app and is not licensed for reuse outside the app.

02

AI-Assisted Production

Rynmo's catalog is made from original AI-assisted music created and curated for BPM-based running. Rynmo may use AI-assisted music tools, including Suno, to create candidate tracks. Because these tracks are produced through an AI-assisted workflow rather than traditional commercial music publishing, they may differ from conventionally composed, recorded, mixed, mastered, or distributed music in musical structure, production style, audio character, or perceived quality.

03

Track Provenance

Each approved track should record the source platform, eligible paid plan, generation date, prompt, target BPM, verified BPM, BPM verification method, tempo source, manual tempo status, audio QA status, similarity or soundalike review notes, approval status, approved date, published date, and commercial-use or license notes. Rynmo may keep full prompts and private provenance records internally rather than exposing them publicly.

04

Human Approval

Rynmo does not publish generated music directly from automation. Suno may create candidates, automation may organize and validate, but the owner approves tracks before publication.

05

BPM Verification

Target BPM is not enough. Rynmo treats BPM verification, downbeat clarity, and tempo stability as catalog quality requirements. Tracks may be rejected for tempo drift, unclear beat, unclear downbeat, wrong BPM, long ambient breakdowns, awkward transitions, harsh headphone mix, soundalike or copyright risk, or wrong genre and run feel. If a track feels out of sync with the metronome, contains uncomfortable sounds, or includes distracting or unnecessary sound effects, contact support@rynmo.com so the customer support team can review it.

06

User Listening License

Subject to the Terms of Use and active access rights, Rynmo grants users a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to listen to Rynmo music within the Rynmo app. Rynmo music is not stock music, creator-safe video music, class-instruction music, public-performance music, podcast music, advertising music, dataset material, or AI training material. Users may not copy, extract, record, download outside authorized app caching, redistribute, resell, sublicense, broadcast, publicly perform, remix, sample, train AI models on, or reuse Rynmo music outside the app without written permission.

07

Copyright Claims

If you believe Rynmo content infringes your copyright or other rights, contact legal@rynmo.com with your name and contact information, identification of the copyrighted work or rights at issue, identification of the Rynmo track or content at issue, a description of your claim, a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate, a statement that you own or are authorized to act for the owner of the right, and your physical or electronic signature. Rynmo may remove, disable, replace, restrict, or investigate content while a claim is reviewed.

08

Marketing and Public Use

Rynmo marketing should use approved Rynmo tracks, silent app recordings, or properly licensed materials. Rynmo should not use copyrighted popular music, artist names, existing song titles, or soundalike prompts in marketing unless properly licensed and reviewed. A subscription provides access to Rynmo during an active entitlement, not ownership of specific music files or permanent availability of any catalog item.
