Privacy Policy

ScrumptiousDev LLC operates Rynmo as an iOS BPM-first music library for runners. We collect only the information needed to operate the app, manage subscriptions, support accounts, improve catalog quality, and respond to support requests.

01

Information We May Collect

Rynmo is initially intended for users in the United States. Rynmo may process account details, Sign in with Apple identifiers, subscription status, iOS app usage events, playback history, playlists, routines, metronome settings, music mix preferences, track feedback, support messages, and device or diagnostic information. Rynmo is not a GPS run tracker and does not require route tracking, heart rate, medical records, Apple Health data, or precise location for its core experience.

02

How We Use Information

We use information to operate Rynmo, authenticate accounts, provide subscription access, restore purchases, deliver and cache catalog metadata, save playlists and routines, personalize in-app recents and settings, improve BPM and track quality, diagnose playback issues, prevent fraud, scraping, and unauthorized access, process account requests, and provide customer support.

03

Subscriptions and Purchases

Rynmo Plus purchases are handled through Apple. Apple may process payment information according to Apple’s own policies. Rynmo may store subscription identifiers needed to unlock access for the correct Rynmo account.

04

Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that help operate Rynmo, including Apple for App Store purchases, Supabase for account and catalog data, Cloudflare or similar providers for media delivery, analytics and diagnostics providers for app quality, and email or support tools for customer service. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Rynmo.

05

AI and Music Operations

Rynmo uses AI-assisted music production workflows outside the consumer app to create catalog candidates. We do not intend to use private user account information, support messages, or personal listening history as prompts for public music generation or to train public generative AI models without notice and, where required, consent. Aggregated or de-identified catalog quality signals may help guide future BPM stations, genres, and track improvements.

06

Retention and Deletion

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Rynmo, maintain subscriptions, restore purchases, resolve disputes, protect the service, comply with legal or App Store obligations, and prevent abuse. You may request account and data deletion from the app or by contacting support@rynmo.com or legal@rynmo.com. Deleting a Rynmo account does not cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions must be managed through Apple ID settings.

07

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, restrict, or withdraw consent for certain personal information. California and other US state residents may also have rights related to sale, sharing, targeted advertising, profiling, and sensitive personal information where applicable. Rynmo does not knowingly sell personal information for money or share personal information with data brokers for resale.

08

Rynmo is not directed to children and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Rynmo, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

09
