Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Rynmo, an iOS BPM-first running music library operated by ScrumptiousDev LLC. By using Rynmo, you agree to use the app for personal, lawful, non-commercial listening and running support.

01

Who We Are

Rynmo is a BPM-first music library for runners operated by ScrumptiousDev LLC. Rynmo helps users browse and listen to BPM-organized running music, optionally layer a metronome over playback, and create personal BPM-locked playlists and routines. Rynmo is initially intended for users in the United States. Rynmo is not a GPS run tracker, medical device, emergency service, healthcare provider, professional training service, or general-purpose music streaming platform.

02

Eligibility and Use

Rynmo is intended for personal, lawful, non-commercial listening and running support. You are responsible for your account, device, headphones, settings, routes, and use of the app. You may not misuse Rynmo, bypass access controls, scrape or reverse engineer the service, impersonate others, extract audio or catalog data, or use Rynmo for unlawful, unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.

03

Rynmo Plus Subscription

Rynmo Plus provides full access to the BPM music library through a 14-day free trial followed by a paid subscription unless canceled through Apple before the trial ends. Standard pricing is $8.99 monthly or $89.99 annual. Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, App Store settings, and promotional offer eligibility. Launch, holiday, and event pricing may be offered through App Store offer codes without creating separate subscription tiers.

04

Billing and Cancellation

Rynmo Plus subscriptions are purchased through Apple in-app purchase and billed by Apple. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled according to Apple’s rules before the end of the current billing period or free trial. You can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple ID settings. Rynmo does not process your full payment card information. Deleting a Rynmo account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

05

Trial and Access Lock

During an active free trial or subscription, users receive access to Rynmo features included in Rynmo Plus. After a trial expires or a subscription becomes inactive, Rynmo may lock access to the app except for subscribe, restore purchases, account, legal, support, and other required screens. Rynmo does not promise a permanent free mode or continued access after trial or subscription expiration.

06

Safety Comes First

Running, walking, treadmill use, outdoor exercise, and listening through headphones or earbuds can involve risk. You are responsible for deciding whether, where, when, and how to use Rynmo safely. Stay aware of traffic, emergency vehicles, warnings, people, announcements, terrain, weather, and other hazards. Do not use Rynmo while driving, cycling, operating equipment, crossing roads, or in any situation where audio playback, volume, sealed earbuds, or noise cancellation prevents you from hearing or responding to your surroundings.

07

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Rynmo provides music, rhythm, BPM organization, playback, and metronome tools for general wellness, entertainment, and informational purposes only. BPM, cadence, routine, playlist, and workout-feel labels are not medical advice, coaching, training prescriptions, or individualized health recommendations. Rynmo does not provide diagnosis, treatment, injury prevention advice, nutrition advice, emergency advice, or professional coaching. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing exercise if you have a medical concern.

08

Hearing and Audio Safety

Listening at high volume or for long periods may damage hearing. Rynmo may include music, metronome clicks, beat cues, countdowns, voice cues, balance controls, stereo placement, or audio mix settings depending on your device, headphones, and settings. These controls are for listening preference and rhythm support only; they do not mean Rynmo recommends using both ears or guarantees safe listening. Start at a low volume, take breaks, use device-level hearing safety tools where available, and avoid using Rynmo in a way that masks important environmental sounds.

09

Library and Music Use

The Rynmo music library is made from original AI-assisted music created and curated for BPM-based running. Because these tracks are produced through an AI-assisted workflow rather than traditional commercial music publishing, they may differ from conventionally composed, recorded, mixed, mastered, or distributed music in musical structure, production style, audio character, or perceived quality. The library may change over time as tracks, playlists, BPM stations, routines, metadata, artwork, audio files, genres, workout labels, run moments, features, and availability are added, modified, retired, replaced, or restricted. Rynmo grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to listen to Rynmo music through the app. You may not copy, download, extract, record, redistribute, sample, remix, train AI models on, publicly perform, use in videos or classes, or reuse Rynmo music outside the app without written permission.

10

Apple-Specific Terms

These terms are between you and ScrumptiousDev LLC, not Apple. ScrumptiousDev LLC, not Apple, is responsible for Rynmo and its content, maintenance, support, warranty, and claims, except as otherwise required by applicable law. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce these terms against you as third-party beneficiaries.

11

Disclaimers and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rynmo is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind. Rynmo does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact BPM data in all conditions, perfect metronome synchronization, continued availability of any track, improved fitness, injury prevention, hearing safety, environmental awareness, route safety, device compatibility, or correct behavior of headphones, Bluetooth devices, operating systems, sensors, networks, or third-party services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

12

Changes and Contact

Rynmo may update these terms from time to time and may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused or these terms are violated. Questions about these terms, subscriptions, legal notices, or account issues can be sent to legal@rynmo.com.
